We select only the very best materials for our blanks and suggest you use the proper sealers and laminates to support the integrity of our high density foam.

EPS Foam Quality
Lighter & Stronger means better flex, better feel & better response. Our surfboard blanks, made with 2.5 tight bead eps foam, are light weight & strong when used with epoxy resins. Each blank is easily shaped to a variety of uses. High density EPS foam is often selected because it poses no problems with out-gassing, laminate adhesion, waterlogging, etc.

Customization Services! Create a blank to meet your needs without having to bend or twist the blank. WNC produces blanks using top-of-the-line CNC cut machines. Combined with computer technology, our professional fabricators are available to meet all your custom design needs.

Custom rockers & outlines? WNC blanks can be cut to your unique specifications. We build close tollerance boards from your templates. Please contact us.

Shaped blanks? Sorry, we only cut rockers & outlines. If you want to minimize the thinning process, please contact us with the specifications. Reducing the time required to lay out a template & cut it can be achieved by employing accurate outline cuts. The rest is up to the shaper - turn down the deck & rails, add concaves & vees, & sanding.
